Return Timeframe
- Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of product delivered.
- The return request must be raised within 24 hours from the time the product is received.
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory to process any return request.
- The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed parcel, product, and issue
- Be unedited and uninterrupted
- No unboxing video = No return (strictly applicable).
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect (verified by our quality team)
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is missing, unclear, edited, or incomplete
- Product appears used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to handcrafted nature
- Damage caused due to improper handling by the customer
Return Condition
- Product must be returned in original condition, with:
- Original packaging
- Tags, boxes, and accessories intact
- Products failing quality inspection upon return will not be accepted.
Refund / Replacement Process
- Once the returned product passes our quality check:
- A replacement or store credit will be initiated
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Responsibility
- In case of approved return due to our error, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed as per our policy.
- For any other approved return, return shipping charges may apply.
